The Rosslyn BID, Carpe Librum and the Arlington Public Library joined forces to create a one-day event that includes author readings, book signings, music, food, drinks and a pop-up shop that will offer thousands of used books, CDs, and DVDs for sale from just $1-$5 (+taxes). All proceeds go to Turning the Page, a nonprofit organization that helps ensure students receive educational resources and a high-quality public education.
